As an Associate with McEnearney, I wanted to share with potential clients why they may trust that they are getting one of the best agents when they decide to work with me.  Therefore, I have put together a brief summary of my previous work experience, and recent experiences with McEnearney, that have prepared me to exceed client expectations on a regular basis.

 

CURRENT EXPERIENCE

My association with McEnearney has proved very successful; over the past four years since beginning this career I have closed close to $30M in real estate as well as have another $3.0M in pending transactions.  The majority of my business (98%) is a referral business where my past clients continue to show appreciation of my skills and expertise as they continue to refer their friends and family to me on a continual basis.  To successfully accomplish this, I ensure that I am personally available to clients for listing services, market tours, contract negotiation and closing coordination.  The following are many of the skills I possess that are necessary to do my job well and it is my promise to put them to use for you.

HISTORY

Previously, I was the Marketing Director for two national commercial real estate firms.  My role was as an information liaison between our sales agents, potential purchasers and sellers for office product in the Washington Metropolitan region.  Essentially this means that I was responsible for assuring we targeted accurate investors for each office-building sale and that these investors received top quality information to assist them in their determination of market value (transactions ranged from $30-200 million).  I did this very successfully for 10 years with the top producing sales team closing over $5 billion in real estate transactions.
